Engagements
Each project is governed by a written proposal or agreement that sets out scope, deliverables, timelines, fees and payment terms. Where that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of project deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you, unless the agreement states otherwise. We may retain rights to pre-existing tools and reusable components.
Liability
We take care to deliver work professionally. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Gurugram, Haryana having jurisdiction, unless a project agreement specifies otherwise.
