How much time does a fractional CTO spend with us?

Engagements usually run from a few days a month to two or three days a week, depending on your stage. We agree the cadence up front and adjust as your team grows.

Can you work with our existing developers or agency?

Yes. Most of our CTO work is leading and improving an existing team rather than replacing it.

Which time zones do you cover?

We work with clients in Singapore, the US, Canada and India and schedule overlap hours for standups and planning.

Can you help us hire a full-time CTO later?

Yes. We often define the role, run the technical interviews and hand over to the person we help you hire.
